The Things We Do
Our services are as varied as your needs. If you have a creative idea in mind, let us know. In general we offer opportunities such as these:
Regular Lessons in various locations: In the first lesson we will quickly assess your needs, help you discover the most efficient way to generate and harness energy so that it can be channeled into the pitch, help you understand female biomechanics and the way that proper sequencing of movements will deliver power while minimizing injury risk, and simply make sure you totally understand the process instead of just learning an assortment of drills. We work closely with the parent and the student so that both of you can continue the work. And, yes, we will give you “homework” so that you can progress on your own. Come prepared to be involved and to take a lot of notes.
Intensive one-on-one Sessions: Because we have students from coast to coast, many have to pack a lot of training into each visit. We often do sessions of two or three hours daily for a couple of days. These sessions are loaded with fundamentals, drills, proper use of muscles, leverage points, theory, increasing speed and power, and developing breaking pitchers which most comfortably suit a pitcher’s style, build, and personality. These sessions are normally held in Roanoke, Virginia, but we also travel to other locations to work individually with the pitchers on a travel team or other small group.
Pitching Clinics: Contact us to talk about ways we might customize a training session for your larger group which might combine group sessions with individual training.

“100 DAYS TO GREATNESS” Program
How do you help your daughter, your players, or your coaches develop individual plans?
Most of us just don’t know where to start.
Our program, 100-Days to Greatness, is a very simple concept that allows parents, coaches, and players to chart a course for each individual based on her specific needs. It requires some research, working closely with the player to identify her specific needs, and a good bit of energy and creativity from everyone. However, it allows you to become a partner in her goals, helping you work together in a more fun way, and giving you a method to judge when a change in course is needed.

The Places We Go
We regularly make visits to locations throughout the mid-Atlantic region, but since our students have expanded across the nation, we are open to ideas you might have about ways we can work for you in your location. Feel free to contact us.
