Izzy Alley grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and in Southern Delaware, where she began playing softball at a young age and quickly developed a passion for pitching. She competed at the national level in travel ball before continuing her career at the collegiate level.

Izzy played three seasons at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where the team captured two conference championships and made two appearances in the NCAA Regionals. For her final season of eligibility, she transferred to the College of Charleston while completing her MBA and helped the team secure a berth in the CAA Conference Tournament.

Why did Izzy choose Tincher Pitching?

After finishing her playing career, Izzy knew she wanted to continue working with pitchers using the same methods she had learned. She chose to join Tincher Pitching because of its focus on building strong, healthy pitchers and helping athletes understand how their bodies should move to pitch efficiently. Izzy believes the Tincher system provides athletes with unmatched tools and continues to evolve each year to better serve the next generation of pitchers.

Here is what Denny says about Izzy

During her college career, Izzy frequently came to work with me.  I began to see special things in her, not just from a pitching standpoint, but as a person.  She is so smart, funny, and she relates extremely well to students.  Best of all, she constantly strives to learn and grow.  She is a great role model for students.
