Pitching has always been a love for Becky. After her playing career ended, she became more invested in teaching pitching and inspiring the next generation of players to play at their highest level. She was able to be coached during her college career by a Tincher Certified Instructor and is now excited to have the opportunity to give back to the game that gave her so much.
Why did Becky choose to join Tincher Pitching?
“As a junior in high school, I started experiencing a lot of shoulder and neck stress. I was doing everything I could to alleviate the soreness and pain I would experience after pitching. I would take pain medication, see a chiropractor weekly, see the athletic trainers at my university, and was even prescribed muscle relaxer medication, but nothing was helping. I was very fortunate to learn and transition during my college career to the movements coached by a Tincher Instructor because it completely changed my pitching and how my body felt after.
I cannot speak highly enough of what the Tincher Pitching community is doing. This is not just a course that any coach can take, then pay a fee and put a name on a business card. This community is always growing, learning, and innovating in how we view pitchers as athletes. My ultimate goal is to be the best coach I can be for my students so they can reach their highest level. I truly believe this community will help me help my students.”
Here is what Denny says about Becky.
“She knows exactly what she wants to do. She came right out of college with focus. I was immediately impressed with her maturity, her determination to learn and grow, and the way she grasped concepts. She has the attitude you want in a great Instructor.”
